JUNIOR TENNIS PROGRAMS
The West Chester Golf & Country Club is a great place for prospective players looking to improve their tennis skills, work hard, make new friends and have fun!
We at WCG&CC welcome all age athletes with all ability levels. Our tennis professionals take enormous pride in the quality of their clinics by providing first-class instructional programs geared to the specific skill level of each player. Each player will be personally evaluated and placed into a group with other players of similar age and abilities.
This summer let our professional staff provide you with the unforgettable growth experience of tennis instruction. Our principle objectives are as follows: to help you improve your tennis skills, make new friends and have a load of fun in the process.
Interclub Team: $160 for summer season ---Season starts on Monday, June 20th 2011
Two practices, two matches per week, Friday fun match day
Practices: Monday & Wednesdays 9:00am-10:30am (beginner/intermediate) 10:30am-12:00pm (advanced) high school age
Matches: To Be Determined—Schedule will be out soon
JUNIOR CLINICS-Call the tennis center at 610-692-5611 to *sign up for clinics or schedule lessons.
*Clinics start on Monday May 9th
Beginner/Intermediate clinics: $20 (member), $30 (non-member) per clinic
Mondays & Wednesdays 4:00 - 5:30 PM
Advanced clinic: $20 (member), $30 (non-member) per clinic
Tuesdays & Thursdays 4:00 - 5:30 PM
*Advanced sign-up is required for all clinics.
PEE WEE TENNIS PROGRAM Clinics start on Monday, May 9, 2011
A fun, safe introduction to tennis for ages 5-9. No previous experience is necessary. Children learn the basics of tennis in an entertaining atmosphere.
Pee Wee Tennis teaches:
- Social Interaction
- Hand-Eye Coordination
- Racquet Skills
- Basic Rules of the game
- Contests and Tennis Games
The Pee Wee Tennis program will be held on Mondays & Wednesdays from 5:30-6:15 PM
$10 (member) $20 (non-member) per clinic
*Must call ahead to register.
Private Lessons- $50 (member) $65 (non-member)/hour, $25/30min.
Semi-private- $27 (member) $32.50 (non-member)/person/1.5 hours
Clinic $20 (member) $30 (non-member)/person/1.5hours ($25 if less than 4 people)
