2012 WEDDING PACKAGE

GENERAL INFORMATION
TO ASSIST YOU WHILE PLANNING YOUR FUNCTION
 
BANQUET MENU SELECTIONS
The West Chester Country Club staff is prepared to provide for your dining and entertainment needs.  Our function rooms and outdoor spaces are versatile and are designed to fulfill the most discriminating tastes.
We would be happy to assist you in selecting menu items and arrangements or to plan a menu especially for you.  Unfortunately, we cannot allow food of any type to be brought to the Club for service at a planned function.  To ensure a successful function, we request that you provide us with your menu selections, room arrangements, and other details at least two (2) weeks prior to your function date.  A 20% service charge and 6% sales tax will be added to all prices.
 
GUARANTEES AND MINIMUMS
We require a final attendance guarantee no later than two business days (48 hours) prior to your function.  If no final guarantee is received at this time, we will consider the number indicated on the function contract to be the correct and guaranteed number of guests, and charge accordingly.  The guarantee is not subject to reduction after the two (2) day deadline.  Advance bookings require a minimum guarantee of 30 persons.  Short-term bookings may be accepted for less than 30 persons on a space available basis.  Please check with your function coordinator for further details.
 
BEVERAGE SERVICE
We offer a complete selection of beverages and wines to complement your function.  The Liquor Control Board regulates the sale of alcoholic beverages and we are required to abide by their regulations.  Therefore, we must enforce the following policies: no alcoholic beverages may be brought onto the property from an outside source for consumption or raffling purposes; all alcoholic beverages must be dispensed by country club employees; and no alcoholic beverages will be served to persons under the age of twenty-one (21).  Two forms of identification are required proof of age.
 
CREDIT ARRANGEMENTS
A deposit of 25% of the estimated cost of your function is required upon confirmation.  In the event that your function is canceled, the Club has the right to retain this deposit.  The balance will be due two (2) days prior to your function, unless other arrangements have been made and approved by our Accounting Department.  Payment may be made by cash or certified check.  The person or organization making arrangements for the function is responsible for any damaged, stolen, or lost equipment or furnishings.  Charges will be based upon the actual cost of the items replaced.
